After calling a few building inspectors I came across Beyond Built Inspections recommended on reddit. Maria explained the whole process in detail and accomodated to my tight time frame. This gave me confidence that this was the service I wanted to go with.
Maria and Robert did not disappoint. The building and pest report was very thorough, over 80 pages with photos. It was easy to understand and they called me right after the inspection. They flagged any issues that were found on the property early and had another call once the full report was sent to answer any of our questions. They also prioritised things that need to be fixed once we move in with a time-scale of days/weeks/years. Really went above and beyond our expectations. Buying a first home is quite stressful when there are a lot of unknowns. Myself and my partner feel reassured we made the right decision to purchase the property after they inspected the house.
